Cancellation policy

A subscription is optional. You can buy a one-time pouch without subscribing when PÛR Creatine is available.

The recurring price and delivery frequency are displayed before you confirm a subscription purchase. The current PÛR Creatine plan renews every 30 days until canceled. Your selected payment method is charged automatically for each renewal.

Cancel future renewals before your next scheduled charge. Use your subscription management options or email support@purcreatine.com for help with cancellation or changes. Canceling future renewals does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged.

If a renewal has already been charged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether it can still be changed before dispatch. Orders already shipped are subject to our return and refund policy.

Any qualifying free-bottle launch offer includes one bottle per customer, while supplies last. The bottle is included once, not in recurring deliveries. The offer and any eligibility restrictions are shown before payment.

PÛR Creatine is currently awaiting restock. Joining the restock list does not start a subscription, authorize a charge, or reserve stock or a bottle.
