Refund policy

Unopened PÛR Creatine pouches and unused PÛR glass bottles in their original protective packaging may be returned within 30 days after delivery. To start a return, email support@purcreatine.com with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

For an ordinary return, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will refund the product price to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@purcreatine.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it. We will cover the remedy for a damaged or incorrect order.

Opened pouches are not eligible for an ordinary change-of-mind return. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
